Cancellation Policy
At Thermapath, we strive to provide exceptional service and flexibility. We understand that plans can change, and we have created the following cancellation policy to accommodate our customers while ensuring fairness to all parties.
Cancellation Timeframes and Fees
Cancellations 14 Days or More Before the Reservation Date:

You will receive a full refund of your booking fee.
Cancellations Between 7 and 13 Days Before the Reservation Date:

A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will apply.

The remaining 75% will be refunded.
Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before the Reservation Date:

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply.

The remaining 50% will be refunded.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Reservation Date:

No refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made at least 7 days before your reservation date are free of charge, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the reservation date will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
Cancellation Policy for Merchandise Orders
Cancellations Before Shipping:

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations After Shipping:

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Shipping & Refund Policy for return instructions.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your booking or order:

Email us at support@thermapath.com with your booking or order number and reason for cancellation.

We will process your request and confirm the cancellation or rescheduling details within 1-2 business days.
No-Show Policy
For mobile sauna rentals, failure to appear at the scheduled time and location without prior cancellation will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or work with you to reschedule the booking at no additional cost.
