Thermapath Liability Waiver

Please read this waiver carefully. By signing below, you acknowledge and accept all terms, assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of Thermapath Mobile Sauna, and waive certain legal rights.

Participant Information

Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of Thermapath mobile sauna services. I understand and acknowledge that sauna sessions involve exposure to high heat, which may pose health risks, including but not limited to dehydration, dizziness, nausea, or fainting. I understand that sauna use may exacerbate certain medical conditions or increase susceptibility to injury, including cardiovascular or respiratory complications, heat stress, burns, and other physical injuries.

Medical and Physical Condition

By signing this waiver, I certify that:

• I am in good health and physically capable of participating in sauna activities.

• I am not pregnant and do not have any medical condition (including, but not limited to, cardiovascular disease, respiratory conditions, blood pressure irregularities, seizure disorders, or any other condition) that could be adversely affected by the use of a sauna.

• I understand it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in sauna use if I have any health concerns or conditions that may be affected by heat exposure.

• I voluntarily assume all risks related to any medical or physical conditions I may have. I acknowledge that Thermapath is not liable for any adverse effects on my health resulting from sauna use.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to use Thermapath mobile sauna services, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Thermapath LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or suits in equity or law, which may result from any injury, death, loss, or damage arising out of or connected to my use of the sauna, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thermapath LLC and its Releasees from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or connected to my use of the sauna, including attorneys' fees and costs, and including any claims brought by third parties arising from my actions or inactions while using Thermapath services.

Waivers of Warranties

I understand that Thermapath mobile sauna services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Thermapath LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety, quality, or effectiveness of its services. I assume all responsibility for any risks associated with using Thermapath services.

Participant Responsibilities

I acknowledge and agree that:

• Hydration: I am responsible for maintaining proper hydration before, during, and after the sauna session.

• Safety Compliance: I will adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Thermapath staff. Failure to do so may result in termination of my session without refund.

• Personal Accountability: I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition during the sauna session and for discontinuing use immediately if I experience discomfort or any adverse physical symptoms.

Liability for Personal Belongings

Thermapath LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings or valuables while participating in booking.

Acknowledgement and Release

I understand and agree that by signing this document, I am waiving important legal rights, including the right to sue Thermapath LLC and the Releasees for any injuries, damages, or losses that may result from my use of Thermapath services.

I have read and fully understand this waiver and release agreements and am signing freely and voluntarily and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
