SPACE NEEDED FOR SAUNA

Flat, Level Surface: The setup area must be flat and free of slopes or inclines. No pitched driveways. This is the most important requirement.

Clearance and fire safety: The setup area must be clear of snow, debris, and flammable materials. Additionally, maintain at least a 10-foot clear radius around the sauna, free from structures, fences, overhanging trees, or any potential fire hazards.

Low-Hanging Obstructions: No branches or other obstructions below 12' from the ground in the access path or setup area.

Minimum Space Requirements: The designated area must measure at least 20' long by 9' wide.

Accessible Path for Delivery: Ensure a clear, open path for backing in and maneuvering the sauna trailer into place.

Parking for Delivery Vehicle: If possible, provide space for the delivery truck to remain parked in front of the sauna during the rental period.
Water and Power
REQUIREMENTS FOR COLD PLUNGE

ELECTRICAL ACCESS: A 3-prong grounded outlet with a power supply of 120V/15A (a standard household outlet) must be within 75 feet of the cold plunge location. If power is unavailable for the chiller, let us know in advance so we can bring bagged ice to cool the plunge.

WATER SUPPLY: A water spigot must be within 100 feet of the parking spot for the sauna trailer.

Set-UP AREa: The cold plunge location must be flat, level, and free of obstacles or debris to ensure safe and stable placement. Ensure the area is clear of overhanging branches, sharp objects, or anything that could damage the tub or interfere with its use.

DRAINAGE: Provide a designated area within 100 feet of the setup location to safely dispose of used water at the end of the reservation. Each tub holds 50 gallons of water (100 gallons total if two tubs are set up), so ensure the disposal area can handle this volume without causing flooding or damage to your property.

PROPERTy PERMISSIONS: Customers are responsible for ensuring permission is granted to use the setup location for the sauna and cold plunge, whether on private property, a rental, or a shared space.

LOCAL REGULATIONS: Verify compliance with any local ordinances, zoning laws, or homeowner association (HOA) rules regarding the use of mobile saunas and cold plunges on the property. Some municipalities may require permits for certain setups, particularly in public or shared spaces.

LIABILITY OR DAMAGES: Customers are responsible for any damages to their property resulting from failure to meet setup requirements (e.g., uneven ground, inadequate clearance, or unapproved locations).

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Customers may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with sauna and cold plunge use and releasing Thermapath from liability for personal injury or property damage.
