We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@thermapath.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.

Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" but reported stolen. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure to prevent theft.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@thermapth.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Thermapath is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
